Warren Landmark Foundation The goal of the Warren Landmark Foundation is to maintain and preserve the integrity of historic Warren and its significant properties and structures. Formed in 1998, the Warren Landmark Foundation is actively protects, preserves and promotes the architectural character of the Warren area while incorporating cultural and historic resources into realistic economic growth.
Some of the main functions of the foundation are: Educate the public on Warren County heritage and architecture and the significance of preserving our extensive collection of historic buildings and landmarks. Identify "at risk" properties that are in need of substantial work or preservation, due to out-of-town ownership, disinterested estates or lack of funds. Assist property owners to improve landmark property through renovation or other appropriate means in order to return the property to useful life.
